Advocacy Comments on Rules for Energy Development on the Outer Continental Shelf

On November 22, 2010 the Office of Advocacy (Advocacy) filed public comments with the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement (BOEMRE) regarding its interim final rule establishing certain drilling regulations relating to well controls on the Outer Continental Shelf.
