Over the past year, Toolbox.com members have accelerated the amount and quality of collaboration within the community. The cumulative sharing of best practice information now exceeds 2.9 million posts. Congratulations on the achievement.
To help foster collaboration on workplace issues, recent enhancements to the community include:
- An Ask a Question application for the iPhone and Android mobile operating systems
- An HTML editor for discussion group postings
- The ability for the original poster to mark the best answer to a question

On a personal note, after twelve years and the opportunity to converse with many of you both live and through e-mail, I am stepping away from day-to-day responsibilities at Toolbox.com. Comprising 1.9 million professionals, the collective expertise and knowledge of the community is staggering. I appreciate the passion of the members and cherish the relationships I have been able to build through my association.
