الفطريات بين أصابع القدمين.. كيف تتغلب عليها؟

* التهاب الفطريات في القدم من الأمراض الشائعة في مناطق واسعة من العالم. والحالة ليست بالضرورة خطرة على صحة الإنسان، ولكنها تتطلب عناية للوصول إلى زوال الالتهاب عن جلد القدم. كما أنه من الممكن عودة الإصابة بالفطريات، بعد نجاح معالجتها لأول مرة.
ومن المهم إدراك أن الفطريات تنمو في البيئة المناسبة لها، أي في الأماكن المظلمة والرطبة والدافئة. ولذا فإن مناطق ما بين أصابع القدمين، هي المناطق المضلة لحصول التهاب الفطريات.
ويلخص أطباء الجلدية بمايو كلينك خطوات الوقاية من حصول هذه النوعية من التهاب الفطريات، في العناصر التالية:

* احرص على بقاء قدميك جافتين، خاصة مناطق الجلد التي في ما بين الأصابع. ولذا احرص على المشي حافيا داخل المنزل، أو في الأجزاء النظيفة من الحديقة.

* احرص على ارتداء جوارب مصنوعة من مواد طبيعية، مثل القطن، أو الصوف، أو الجوارب المصنوعة من خيوط صناعية ذات قدرة على امتصاص البلل ورطوبة العرق.

* احرص على تغيير الجوارب كلما أصبحت رطبة. وإن كانت أقدامك تعرق بغزارة، غير جواربك مرتين باليوم.

* احرص على ارتداء أحذية خفيفة وذات فتحات لتهوية القدمين.

* احرص على تغيير الأحذية خلال اليوم الواحد، لإعطائها فرصة كي تجف من الداخل.

* احرص على حماية قدميك حينما تكون في الأماكن العامة، بارتداء الصندل أو النعال العالية عند التواجد في المسابح وغيرها.

* لا تستخدم أحذية أو نعال الغير.

* احرص على تفقد أجزاء قدميك يوميا، خاصة فيما بين الأصابع.

* احرص على غسل قدميك بعناية، خاصة في ما بين الأصابع، على الأقل مرة باليوم. واحرص على تجفيف كل أجزاء القدم بعناية، خاصة فيما بين الأصابع.
