Wednesday 8 December 2010 PLP unveils designs for landmark Amsterdam office development (NL) The building features a grand 15-story atrium. Wednesday 8 December 2010 Area Development Zuidas Amsterdam and OVG Real Estate have officially given the green light for the development of 40,000 m² of new offices designed by PLP Architecture for Deloitte and AKD. The project is one of the first buildings designed in accordance with the new BREEAM Excellent sustainability certificate, which has only recently been adopted in the Netherlands.
